The past couple of weeks I have been pretty stressed and worried about our upcoming performance of The Music Man. I don't know if it's just been a long time, or if it's different now that I am not in High School with all the support of my buddies, but I think it has mostly been the pressure I have been putting on myself to not let everyone who has worked so hard on this down. AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH NO PRESSURE THERE!! I truly need to chill out. At this point I am just ready to get it started so that it will eventually be finished. It has been fun and everyone has been wonderful, but I miss my family. I hate the feeling of not wanting to leave them and yet still having to be gone from them every night. Mike has been such a great husband and father, holding down the fort, but it's time for my kids to have a mommy and a daddy again. :) At this point the thing I am most concerned about is not getting sick. Emma has come down with a really nasty cold and I am just dreading the thought of getting sick and not being able to sing. Any prayers you could send my way would be greatly appreciated. So the countdown begins. Only 5 more days until opening night. We are also so grateful to those who are sacrificing so much to come out here and support. We can't wait to see you. It should be a fun performance. Here's a sneak peek. I am pretty excited about my costumes. They are beautiful!
Ahhhh! I'm so mad/sad that I can't come! Those pictures are ripping my heart out. I want to be there SO badly! You look beautiful & I'm sure you are amazing as always. We will keep you in our prayers. Try to enjoy this & consider yourself hugged from me.
The costumes and staging look great! I am sure that you are putting LOADS of pressure on yourself, but just remember why you tried out in the first place...fun:). I know that you will be amazing, we will send good health hopes and prayers your way:).
The costumes are always the funnest part of performing. I'm sure it will be wonderful. Hopefully, you will have a video to bring for everyone to watch this summer.
So how is it going? By now you should have done the play, right. I know you did wonderful. It would be fun if you could put little parts on here, but understand if you can't. I'm sure it is fun for your kids to see you perform.
The Sharp quartet reside in the hot and dry metropolis of Bakersfield, CA. Mike has been working for Nestle Dreyers Ice Cream for almost 3 years now. Amy is a very lucky stay at home mom and she enjoys spending time with her beautiful family, a dog and a cat. We are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and are thankful for how the gospel of Jesus Christ brings joy and happiness into our lives and family.

Ditto to everyone's comments... I love ya Aim!!
Can parts of the performance be video taped? I'd love to have little snippets of you posted on here.
