Nightmare or Reality- You Decide:)
So I have to tell you all abou the nightmare I just had. It was about my job. It started out being a typical day with the toddlers, then all pandamonium broke lose. We had just separated the kids into smaller more managable groups. After playing outside you can imagine what a difficult transition it is for half of the kids to leave their friends and come back inside. While gathering the kids together for an art project, a child from outside rushes in to use the bathroom. Although this child is no longer in diapers, he gets a little too sidetracked during the day and tends to never make it to the potty in time. Sooo, in this nightmare I begin to help this child with his accident while catering to the other children in the classroom. After the child has gone to the bathroom and is waiting to get a change of clothes on, 2 of my students decide to run out of the classroom door into the big kids play ground. This is a big NO NO since we are never to be out of a 1 teacher to 7 student ratio. Hmmm what should I do because I have to catch those kids and I can't leave the others behind. I rush to the door in order to alert he attention of another teacher to catch the runaways. While my back is turned the child in the bathroom has now dumped out his entire box of wipes in the toilet and has started a massive flood. He is now playing slip in slide in the toilet water rushing everywhere onto the floor. AAAAAHH , help please!! No sooner had I uncloged the toilet then ALL of the kids come running back into the classroom. GREAT! all of the kids playing slip and slide in the peepy water. That was only the beginning of my "dream"/"nightmare"/"reality", but it would take another post to tell the rest.:) Needless to say I am looking forward to a good nights sleep tonight. Zoobilee Zoo
So after a month of being here in Columbus Ohio we finally made it to the Columbus Zoo. It is only 20 minutes away from where we live and we've heard a lot of good things about it. It started out being a pretty good day and then it started to rain. It was still a lot of fun. Their baby elephant was celebrating it's 1 year birthday, but we were unable to see it. We really enjoyed the Manatees, snakes, elephants, and the imfamous wolverine. Mike was able to get us pretty cheap tickets on campus and so we'll probably be able to go a few more times.
We also purchased our airplane tickets for our trip to Utah so we are on our way!!! We will be coming out from July 4th-July 14th. It will be nice to spend 10 whole days with our families. We already have quite a few things planned so it will be a great trip. Hopefully we'll want to come back to OHIO:)
Well, that's about it from this end. Until next time.

Long Days
Right now Mike and I are having long days. We wake up at 6, exercise and then get ready for the day. I drop Mike off at 7:40 at school and then begin my crazy day of chasing kids and trying not to get too much "child gunk" on my pants. Then I get off at 6, pick up Mike from school, and we get home around 7pm. Then by the time we have dinner, clean up after dinner, blog, and read our scriptures, it's about time to hop in bed again. Wow, at least we have Saturdays and Sundays off.
We're finally getting a chance to go to the temple this Saturday. After 4 weeks, (can you believe that we've been here for 4 weeks!!!), we've finally been able to get scheduled for the temple. It's a smaller temple and so we have to have an appointment for our sessions, but on top of that they have had construction, and weren't open when we first got here, and have limited hours since they've opened. I was beginning to go through temple withdrawals. I'm just thankful we have one so close (10 min). Well, that's about it for now. Until next time.
