Officially a scientist
My senior year of college I worked on a research project with one of the professors at Utah State. It has finally been officially published. Here is a link to look at the abstract: http://www3.interscience.wiley.com/journal/121381836/abstract . It took a lot of work and time, but I definitely learned a lot, and it's pretty sweet to have my name out there in the world of science.

Way to go! This is so cool!
I tried to pull it up but it would not come up. What is the name of the project?
By the way, Congratulations!
WOOHOO, Mike, for a second I thought that the post was from Amy (I am a little slow). Congradulations!
That's awesome! Way to go Superman the Scientist!
Luckily you had me to teach you how to be a scientist.
Oh cool.
This is way awesome! I tried to read the article and most of it went over my head. Not so smart in the science department. Congratulations!
As an undergraduate this type of accomplishment is rare. To be published in a peer reviewed journal as a senior is quite an achievement! Kudos to you!
Some credit goes of course to your dynamite professor who mentored you through the process and allowed you to take credit! Something that doesn't happen in my discipline often. It shows that he trusted you and respected your potential as a future scientist.
I am so proud of you. It should swing wide doors of opportunity. Congratulations to my genius son!
You rock! We are so proud of you!
